Low brand involvement resulted in awareness challenges and poor public perception for CSX Rail Company. This integrated campaign “How tomorrow moves” tapped engaged citizens and key industry leaders by educating them on how integral and beneficial rail freight is in each and everyone’s life. Awareness numbers spiked as this campaign got folks talking, in fact Senator Dodd and several others referenced this campaign on Capitol Hill.
