Just about everybody in North Carolina and southern Virginia knows this family-owned chain of quick-casual restaurants and their now almost-legendary biscuits. But working with their internal marketing team, we helped uncover a rich story most people didn’t know about: Their partnerships with the local vendors who supply their ingredients, some of which date back over fifty years ago when Biscuitville first started.

Under the banner of “The Flavor of Local,” we helped lead a rebranding effort that has included everything from OOH and in-store posters to t-shirts and TV. The campaign continues to generate unprecedented results: In a category where most brands have struggled recently, Biscuitville has experienced double-digit sales increases.
